DELIVERY TIME

Once order is placed a confirmation message and an invoice of your order will automatically be sent to the email account you used when ordering. All orders will take 1 to 3 days to process (depending on order size and acquiring items from warehouse). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following business day. Any order placed on the weekend or on a Holiday will be handled the next available business day. Orders placed in the US will be delivered within 2-7 business days. International orders will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. All purchases will be shipped via US Postal Service.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once shipping is paid we will send a USPS tracking number to the email account you used when ordering. Once you receive a USPS tracking number you will be able to track it at https://www.usps.com/ within 24 hours

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For all returns or exchanges, please email us at: orders@nightlifehero.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the item(s). Also please write us a short message explaining your issue.
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire amount or give you an exchange. If your item is or items are damaged when you receive it/them, please contact our customer service department right away at: orders@nightlifehero.com with a picture of the damage item.
Item(s) that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package to us. Please send us that tracking reference number when you ship item(s) back to us. Please package item(s) carefully when shipping it back to us.


P.S. - Any caps sent back to us in an envelope or mailer will not be accepted. Please use a box or the original box whenever possible.
